Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
Separate crescent rolls into triangles. Lay each of them out flat.
In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar.
Dip each marshmallow into butter and then into the cinnamon and sugar mixture. Make sure each is covered thoroughly.
Place the marshmallow onto the wide end of the crescent triangle and roll it up to wrap the marshmallow completely. Try to ensure there are no holes that the melted marshmallow can seep out through.
Place onto your baking sheet and bake them for 9 to 11 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown.
Once baked, enjoy the surprise!
This recipe can also be halved for smaller families, but we like the bigger batch since they are so yummy! ;)
